After the great success of "Ilsa She Wolf Of SS"  the bad busty blonde certainly couldn't die. And somehow she escapes from Nazi camp where she was the chief and takes refuge in a country of the Middle East.

The leader of this country is the oligarch El Sharif, powerful businessman, whose only interest is to manage a large harem. Fortunately, we are in 1976,  because otherwise El Sharif could seem a parody of a famous Italian politician. But that's another story.

The meeting between a perverted warden and a perverse  sex maniac generates a series of situations that are the focus of this second chapter of the Ilsa's saga .
Don Edmonds doesn't change much. He exits from Nazisploitation genre  and enters in the women in prison, but the concept doesn't change, because there are always imprisonment, torture, morbidity and sex.
Without the effect of surprise and with subdue situations  "Ilsa, Harem Keeper of the Oil Sheiks" loses drive  and loses in comparison with the previous film. There are girls humiliated, stripped and tortured and there are some splatter  tips that unfortunately are not very credible.

Edmonds seems to focus mostly on morbidity and in fact shows us a series of scenes of pure exploitation and humiliation. He has the  fortune of having a great cast, which raises the aesthetic level and  the interest, because in addition to Dyanne Thorne are Uschi Digard, Haji and Colleen Brennan, just see in "Supervixens" and Marilyn Joi.

The morbid  and rich El Sharif adds to his huge harem three beautiful women, abducted and taken to the desert. A rich heiress (Colleen Brennan), a equestrian champion  and a well-known  European star of cinema (Ushi Digard).
The time in the palace of El Sharif passes between torture, threats and extensive training learn how satisifed the sheikh. Ilsa manages everything, organizing lesbo training, various tests, some surgical operations, not to mention some slaves imprisoned in the dungeons made obese by a constant supply of food. Yes, there is a problem, because a dancer (Haji) is actually a spy. But other than that they really enjoy.

Strong as ever of the concept of "exporting democracy" the US send there a businessman and his right-hand who are actually agents on a mission to overthrow the sheik. Young, beautiful and determined, Adam Scott (Max Thayer) takes very little to bring down in his arms the busty Ilsa. Dyanne Thorne does not change her character, always very bad but it is much more dressed than the firs movie. So it's up to other girls to show large pieces of skin and we saw are aforementioned, Haji, Colleen Brannan, Ushi Digard and Marilyn Joi.
