Werewolf in a Women’s Prison

We bring important comparisons the werewolf is no longer in London, but it's in a women's prison. And no, we are not exaggerating with the parallels, because in addition to the title, there are several citations to the funny 1981' movie of John Landis in 1981, and also of other films.
The director Jeff Leroy must have thought to a great screenplay when he worked on it, but his movie is nothing more than the usual B movie that mixes tits, Lesbos, softcore scenes and massacres of various types.
Shot digitally and in a few set, with an extreme low-budget (the monster is ridiculous as the blood) relies on a cast of undisputed quality involved in several scenes more than adequate for the genre. Direction, photography and acting as if there were not, and in fact, it must be said, the film is bad enough, but gives to the viewer what it promised, became a more than (in)decent B Movie.
Also winner of a prize at the Syracuse Horror Festival "Werewolf in a Women's Prison" has as protagonist Victoria De Mare a scream queen who is having a growing success in the independent horror cinema. With her several actors from various countries, as Eva Derrek former German gymnast and hostess, the Brazilian Jackeline Olivier, the good Italian Domiziano Arcangeli and the Mexican Yurizan Beltran that remains imprinted in the eyes of the male viewer definitely. Guess why.
Sarah Ragdale (Victoria De Mare) and her boyfriend Jack spend a night in a tent in an isolated place and are attacked by a werewolf (which looks more like a giant rat). She is bitten and he is killed.
Found guilty for the murder, Sarah is jailed in the prison of Campuna, a place of perverse detention, lead by a lesbian warden (Eva Derrek) and by his henchman (Domiziano Archangeli) who abuse and exploit women prisoners. Sarah soon shows her strength and becomes the werewolf (or mouse) that slaughtered the persons in the prison. There is room for a love story, with the main character who falls in love with another prisoner and as mentioned several erotic scenes, ranging from seclusion topless in the sun of Sarah and a companion, to the more classic moments softcore seen in several women in prison.
The references of Landis' work emerge between tits with Jack, in an escalation of putrefaction that appears to his girlfriend, but here there is lesser reference of lesser "Godzilla," "King Kong," "The Treasure of the Sierra Madre "and" The Silence of The Lambs ".
The irony and the desire to be trashy are huge, the references are very good, but if the production had been better, this movie would be more than a b movie that refreshes the women in prison.
