Yoga Hosers

From quite extras to be the stars. Promoted. It seems to us that Harley Quinn Smith and Lily-Rose Depp have risen thanks to their surname. A bad thought that vanishes when we realize that the two are the best aspect of the second chapter of the trilogy "True North" began with "Tusk". Then we turn a blind eye to this blatant case of nepotism.
With Dad Kevin behind the camera and the other dad Johnny again in the role of Guy Lapointe and mum Vanessa in a cameo, the two girls playing safely and have fun (too much sometimes) and above enjoy us creating a bubbly couple that easily create comic moments.
Even our Kevin Smith playing safely, at least in part, taking some things from the masterpiece "Clerks" mixing them with his humor, with horror and with the mockery of the Nazis. Which is always funny. Without forgetting the focus of the trilogy: the satire on Canadians. Haley Joel Osment and Justin Long already present in "Tusk" continue the series of bizarre characters at Smith's orders. The first is Adrien Arcand who during World War II founded the Canadian National Socialist Party ready to welcome the arrival of Hitler and whose improbable theories are picked and expanded from the usual mad scientist unleashes events. Long on the other hand is the Yogi Bayer Yoga teacher of the two girls, whose name creates problems with Warner Bros (he changes the name in Boo Boo Bayers...).
For over half movie, this colorful world works very well, creating comic moments one after another. Then it dissolves, losing a little and leaving a sense of incompleteness that end in a final quite a bit' trivial.
For all what we seen in the first half and considering the names was reasonable to expect more and this decline towards in the end focuses on Lily Rose that sometimes mimics the Father's expressions.
"Yoga Hosers" while traveling on the grotesque/horror genre, and despite having a meat monster stitched together, stays far away from the atmosphere of "Tusk" and his mad scientist wants only to conquer the world with Nazi-sausages.
Smith is no doubt referring to the "B movies" especially to those sci-fi horrors and creates a film that defects apart are a pleasant entertainment.
Colleen & Colleen (the famous daughters) are two girls who in addition to working in the drug-store owned by the father of one of the two with the same desire of Dante, have a passion for Yoga, for mobile, for pop/punk and of course for the guys.
One evening an older guy invites them to a party. However, they have to work. They trying desperately to move the party at the drug store, but they discover that the party was an incredible rip-off. There are only two guys who sling the drug store and reveal to be Satanists ready to sacrifice them.
However, before the gifts to the devil the two are attacked by the Nazi-sausages that emerge from the underground.
The ineffable and staring Guy Lapointe suddenly appears and again reveals the mystery. Adrien Arcand the leader of the Canadian National Socialist Party had as the right arm Prof.Arcane who waiting for a more propitious moment to take over the world, has agreed to hibernate himself, and he has launched a process of creating a sub-human army, precisely in the basements of the drug store.
The two girls, however inadvertently interrupt the process awaken Arcane and especially stop the army creation. His army is not composed of brave soldiers but by small sausages, which give rise to a gigantic monster. The two Colleen thanks to yoga shots, knock down the monster and become extremely popular.
